Return Policy

At Maeve & Erin, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.


1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been delivered
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition
  • All original tags and labels must still be attached
  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees
  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order may not be accepted

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@maeve-erin.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Our support team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address
  3. Carefully package the item and ship it back using a secure shipping method

We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipment.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • This includes international shipping fees and any applicable customs duties
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

5. Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments without valid tracking
  • If tracking shows the item as delivered, it is considered received
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout
  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order

6. Important Information

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions may be refused
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with this policy
